Requirements:
A Graduate Degree in any of the Social/ Management Sciences, sound educational background with command of spoken and written English.
Excellent recruitment and selection skills (psychometric tests, criteria based interview, assessment centres) staff up to senior management level - to obtain, develop and retain best talent.
Basic knowledge of Marketing.
Good knowledge of job evaluation systems (HAY), reward and remuneration strategies, training practices and performance appraisal systems.
3-6 years management experience in HR and/or Marketing, preferably in FMCG companies.
Essential influencing, counselling and negotiation skills as jobholder must work and get along with people at all level.

Client is part of Germany-based conglomerate. The company deals in training systems for Electrical Engineering and Electronics in vocational training centres, technical schools, polytechnics, universities and military training centres. The candidate once on board will be initially responsible for: organizing the newly established office, report on existing sales activities, visiting partners in the region together with the GM. Ideal candidate needs to have intimate knowledge of society and culture in the Middle East, exposure to Western culture, fluency in English and Arabic, and preferably some basic knowledge in German and French (for our customers in Lebanon). |
