Based in Kuwait, with occasional trips to Iraq. Guide junior/intermediate staff. Work with Estimating Group to develop definitive cost estimate. Prepare Change order and Trend Reports, detailed and summary cost reports, estimates for extra work, billing. Develops totally integrated EPC schedules/cost control reporting.
Recommends solutions or recovery plans to schedule/cost impact or delays.
Develops and analyzes the Project Income Statement. Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance. Provides Status of Reserves and Contingencies
Coordinates the review of Project Risk Analysis with management. Serves as Control Team Leader on small projects and provides direct supervision to a small team of Project Controls personnel, if necessary. 10 years’ experience, working for a major EPC Company in cost control, with additional experience in estimating, or in scheduling, planning and contracts.
TIMBERLINE/Primavera or equivalent experience. |

Must have relevant exposure to site management for overall construction activities
Responsibilities shall include:

. Managing Subcontractor relations
Salary: 1500 to 2000 USD net per month
