Job Description and Requirments: |
Advises the Project Director/Manager on any aspect of the project execution which deviates from the requirements of the contract.
• Liaises with Corporate Legal department concerning potential serious disputes with the Client.
• Initiate change orders, request procedure and prepares & coordinates any claims against the Client in the case of non-resolved disputes working out change or claim amounts and schedule impact, keeping all records and files related to these items
• Administrates all contractual correspondence between the Client and Contractor and between joint venture/consortium partners |
