Main Responsibilities:
Creating and developing effective and diverse Direct and Indirect channels to the market;
Determine and assign sales targets to each of the operations and channels;
Develop incentive and commission schemes that are cost effective in promoting sales growth;
Assure strong market presence and effective field teams to animate, train, merchandise and monitor quality of all points of sale;
Evolve Distribution Partners to create the right mix of distribution, to assure cost effective logistics and complete coverage of the markets;
Assure easy and convenient access for all products and services; where and when the customer wants them;
Collect valuable first-hand information from the markets and channel them to key decision makers;
Develop processes, best practices and training programs to improve the entire sales force and sales channels;
Innovate and implement new sales channels such as franchising and shop-in-shop;
Reduce and render effective cost of acquisition;
Manage the overall sales budget
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Preferably in Engineering
6-8 years of experience in Marketing |
