Skills Required: Our client is a leading local group with interests in various industries. They are looking for result- oriented professionals to fill-in the following positions in their travel agency Reporting to the Operations Manager (Travel), this position will develop the travel business of the agency and act as a point of contact between customers, staff and suppliers. This role will be responsible for making presentations on the company's products/ services, prospecting & developing new business, following-up on sales calls & payments, negotiating agreements with customers & suppliers, managing customer feedback/ inquiries, gathering market intelligence, analyzing sales performance data and preparing relevant reports. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality and will be a Graduate, preferably in Commerce with 3 to 5 years experience in the service industry (atleast 1 year in the travel industry). Valid UAE Driving License, good communication skills and computer literacy is a must. Sales/ marketing qualification will be an advantage. |
