Gulf Today
The Gulf Today is a 36-page English-language daily newspaper based in the United Arab Emirates. It is one of the four UAE broadsheet newspapers. The newspaper was launched on April 15, 1996, by brothers Taryam Omran Taryam and Dr. Abdullah Omran Taryam, owners of Dar Al Khaleej for Press, Printing & Publishing. The Dar Al Khaleej group also brings out Al Khaleej, the largest-selling Arabic daily broadsheet newspaper in the Gulf region. The Gulf Today publishes an all-colour entertainment tabloid Time Out and an all-colour magazine Panorama, which are distributed free with the daily at the weekends. Time Out and Panorama cover film, sports, literature, politics and entertainment from Hollywood to Bollywood. Keeping pace with the mood of the media scene The Gulf Today marketing team, consisting of well-experienced, informed and dynamic personnel, has carved a special place for itself among readers and clients.
