MEP Construction Manager will be assigned for NDIA project, fro the following scope of works:
Representing client in front of the MEP sub contractor and Coordinate all of issues between contractor and supervise the client staff.
Follow up the progress of:
construction works and compliance with construction schedule
drawing submittals and approval through weekly drawings status report
materials submittals and approval through weekly materials status report
Review and study and technical submittals and shop drawings received from MEP sub contractor, any comments to be sent immediately to the MEP sub contractor, any comments to be sent immediately to the sub contractor for approval.
Review the staff and equipments daily report received from the sub contractor in order to check whether it is match with submitted organization chart and to be sure from available tools and equipments are enough to execute works.
Follow up the quality control and inspection of, executed works and received materials to site and to be sure it is comply with approval technical submittal and contract specification. |
