Description: Located in Vitznau-Lucerne, Switzerland, DCT European Culinary Center offers 3 specialized programs in European Culinary Arts, composed of 11-week courses: Foundation in European Cuisine, European Gourmet Cuisine and European Pastry & Chocolate. Completing all three programs leads to an Advanced Diploma in European Culinary Management. Completing one or more programs at Certificate level also available.
