General we envisage that the grade of staff will be at architect level, 35+ years old, with experience in big multi millions projects and appropriate site experience.. The client offering the equivalent up to 3.5k per month depending on experience. There is no income tax currently levied by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Project A. Consists of a shopping mall, entertainment complex, water park, hotel, and car parking. Value about GBP230M. We are looking for 5 site architects to supervise works on site. Piling work has already started and staff will be required to start immediately. Work is anticipated to run for 18 months. They will report to a resident architect.
Project B Consists of a development of 750 800 villas around a championship standard golf course. Work also includes several apartment blocks, a club house for the golf course, a sports centre for the community, a shopping centre, 2 mosques, and ancillary buildings, water treatment plants, etc. Total scheme value about GBP175M, of which the buildings are worth about GBP110M the project is 24 months overall, of which construction is 18 months. Start will be immediate/as soon as possible. |
