Being one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, they are continually evolving with the addition of new systems to enable it to retain a competitive edge in the environment that they operates in and are currently looking for dynamic, qualified candidates for the positions of Project Executives, Project Officers and Project Managers for their Dubai branch.

Project Executives - UAE Nationals Only
The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of banking operations and payment systems (at least 8 years Banking/Operations experience with three of those in a supervisory role and at least 3 years in a payment systems environment). The candidate must have analytical ability and must be able to manage schedules with minimum supervision. Good time management skills along with an ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management are a pre-requisite. Excellent package of 14,000- 15,000 will be offered to the deserving candidate.

Project Officers - UAE Nationals Only
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of banking operations. Through at least 5 years Banking/Operations experience with three of those in a supervisory role (Supervisor/Staff Officer) along with good systems knowledge with at least 1.5 years in a payment systems environment. Good problem solving skills, analytical ability and ability to communicate with peer group and ability to work under supervision is required. Excellent package of 10,000- 12,000 will be offered to the deserving candidate

Project Managers - UAE Nationals Only
The ideal candidate would have in-depth knowledge of banking operations (at least 12 years Banking/Operations experience with five of those in a supervisory role (Executive/Senior Staff Officer). An in depth knowledge of payment systems (at least 5 years in a payment systems environment). They must be able to manage schedules with minimum supervision. He/She must be analytical and be imaginative in conducting investigations/completing specifications and have good time management skills. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively. They should have worked for at least four years in a project focused environment. Excellent package of 24,000 - 27,000 will be offered to the right candidate.

Candidates applying for the above positions must be willing to be involved in assisting in the timely completion of projects, providing support for implemented projects, ensuring continuous success and increased customer satisfaction. The candidates will be expected to perform maintenance of the payment system control parameters diligently ensuring that such changes comply with business requirements and also analyze errors reported by users and ensure that these are fixed in a satisfactory manner. Additional responsibilities would include the review and control of the number of system amendments from the different departments against agreed group guidelines. They will be expected to coordinate the release of any core upgrades or amendments, be involved in investigating systems issues and errors that cannot be resolved through the helpdesk, ensure stringent test, release and control procedures are followed to ensure continuity of business and reduced risk to the client in the Middle East Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with guidelines, and internal audit, assistance in providing support to 10 countries pre and post project phases, ensuring group guidelines on reduction of system enhancements are met, managing smaller scale projects, across group entities and time zones, contribute to development and performance of colleagues and to effectively support the superiors to deliver large-scale projects/project tasks and support businesses on systems use/development in line with established principals.
