Job Description: This is a highly visible role in which you will be responsible for a plethora of legal matters pertaining to the Group's companies in Egypt. Reporting to the Group Head of Legal for ME in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing quality legal advice in accordance with regional policy; advising senior management of regional legal developments; drafting and negotiating a multitude of commercial contracts; identifying and mitigating legal risk; and, managing external counsel and litigation. This role is open only to qualified Egyptian lawyers who are at least 6 year's qualified and whose written and spoken English is excellent. Oil and gas experience gained either in-house or from a leading law firm is a must and strong interpersonal and leadership skills are crucial.
