Job Description: Country HR Services Manager Our client one the largest retail companies in the Middle East is currently looking for Country HR Service Managers. The position is concerned with the effective management Personnel and Payroll, Government Relations, Recruitment, Training and Travel Desk functions in accordance with the Company Policies and Procedures including the LOA and Labour Law. Candidates should be well versed in several areas of HR including Recruitment, General Administration, Training and development, Social and Medical Insurances, Government Relations, Team Management, Team Supervision. Candidates should have a Degree and post graduate diploma in any relevant business subject along with 4 years experience in Personnel or Payroll or Administration function, 2 years of which should be in Team Management. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge in Qatar/Bahrain Market and Labor Law. Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of accounting would be an added advantage. A package in the range of 15,000 AED plus bonus will be offered to the qualified candidates.
