Skills Required: Our Client Red Bull is an extraordinary success story. Established in Austria only 20 years ago, it got off the ground in no time flat, giving people wings right from the start. The company sells close to two billion cans of Red Bull every year, energizing over 130 countries around the globe. As their expansion continues apace, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IP/Trademarks lawyer to support their Intellectual Property needs for Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa (APMEA). Reporting functionally to the Red Bull Intellectual Property Counsel in Austria and operationally to a Regional Director based in Dubai, your responsibilities will be extremely broad ranging and include: Handling enforcement matters such as coordination of investigations cease and desist letters and other pre-litigation enforcement measures. Initiating and managing aggressive enforcement programs to challenge third party activities that adversely affect Red Bull's IP rights. An individual with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication and writing skills who can work independently and efficiently under time pressure is vital.
