Job Description: Our client is a leading edge IT Services and Solutions Company focused on enterprise and service provider customers in the region. To keep pace with its growth, the company seeks to recruit experienced, aggressive & dedicated IT sales professionals who can uphold the company's values of client focus and commitment to operational excellence. The purpose of this position is to manage the sales process and grow the business and profitability. The position will be responsible for leading and motivating a dynamic sales team, setting each team members' targets, developing annual sales plans and organizing effective sales activities. For this role we seek a highly motivated professional, armed with an IT degree and a proven track record of sales management. The incumbent will ideally have 4- 6 years of similar experience of which at least 3 years should be in the UAE. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent technical knowledge and motivating abilities. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
