Job Description: Our client is one of the leading names in International franchise retailing, trading from more than 700 stores in 9 countries across the Middle East and Turkey. Due to their aggressive expansion strategy, they are now looking to strengthen their team and require Service Delivery Managers to work within the IT department. The successful candidates will provide the interface between the retail divisions and the IT department and will report to the IT Director. He/She will analyse business requirements of various IS processes and services and communicate these needs to the IT team for action. Manage process design and delivery across multiple IT functional silos and develop specifications and enhance services to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 5 years experience within Retail Operations. Experience in a structured environment eg finance or audit would be a distinct advantage. A good understanding of IT systems in relation to business needs. Good process engineering skills and the ability to develop and enhance cross-function methodologies. Strong operational orientation with the ability to operate in a technical environment. The candidate should have interpersonal skills with the ability to swiftly gain respect, build good relationships and make an impact within a busy multi cultural environment.
