Job Description: Real Estate Financial Manager Our client a multinational bank is looking for a senior Financial Analyst with some Real Estate background. The jobholder is primarily responsible for advising on and reviewing investment appraisal models, which analyse the financial impact on the Bank, of business cases which involve property expenditure and benefits. In the case of complex property transactions, the jobholder will assume primary responsibility for preparation of the evaluation. This involves interacting with all levels of management. The jobholder will be responsible for monthly financial reporting and compilation, maintenance and regular reporting on annual operating plans. The maintenance and cost control of all real estate expenditure in the U.A.E. and will assist regional markets similarly. A suitable candidate will have CIMA qualification/RICS, strong numerical and analytical skills, the ability to communicate sophisticated technical information to non-specialists/non-financial managers and knowledge of current management reporting and technical accounting techniques and their implementation. The candidate is required to have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and has the ability to pay attention to details. Excellent package offered 13,000 - 14,000 per month plus benefits.
