Job Description: Finance Executive Multinational Company - Dubai Our client a leading multinational is looking for a Finance Executive. This position requires a dynamic young individual with strong knowledge of accounting principles and double entry book keeping. Further must have proper understanding of the cost center hierarchy and of the company's authorization levels. Must be computer literate preferable SAP trained (AP, GL modules). The incumbent must be a proactive member of the Finance team with excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to work. The role would require ensuring timely and accurate posting of invoices, personal expense claims and distributor debit notes relating to the Middle East (Shared services) into SAP (the ERP system). Keep an overview on the supplier/employee vendor accounts and ensure regular reconciliation. Ensure that proper procedures and adequate controls are maintained in the payment process. Ensure that the Signatory cards and Delegated Authority documents are maintained and kept up to date. Further assist the finance accountant in the reconciliation of distributor vendor accounts and in the month-end JV's. Analyze transaction information to meet UK Inland Revenue requirements and resolve taxation related queries for Middle East.
