Skills Required: Reporting directly into the Program Office Manager, this role will see the successful incumbent providing exceptional secretarial and administrative support to a range of departments across the organization. Acting as a point of interface across all levels, coordinating time reports and expenses, managing complex diaries and producing itineraries for travel will be amongst some of the key accountabilities in this position. To qualify, a minimum of three years administrative experience within a multinational company is required coupled with the proven ability to display a high degree of initiative and discretion in all facets of business. An intermediate level of MS Office packages will be expected as will possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English is essential.
