Skills Required: Our client expects a minimum of three years experience in Sales or Marketing as well as similar time frames within the FMCG industry sector. Knowledge in sales techniques and tools (Distribution development, product portfolio management, Key Account Management) is also essential. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge in marketing techniques and tools (Benchmarking, Visibility development, Promotional Activities, competition analysis and Marketing campaigns) as well as a solid understanding of negotiations and discussions techniques.

Job Description: Located in Tehran, this internationally positioned FMCG organisation requires an experienced Business Development Manager (Iranian national) to join their team. It is essential that the successful candidate be University educated and possess a degree in either Business Management or Marketing. To be successful in this position, you must be an Iranian national, with excellent English skills - both written and oral. Exceptional communication skills transferable across all disciplines and audience levels will be expected from this individual. You will be an excellent team player with interpersonal skills and possess the ability to find innovative and creative solutions to deal with the projects under his/her responsibility. Being analytical and having a structural approach to plan, analyze and implement projects under his/her responsibility will also be key.
