One of the fastest growing beverage companies in the UAE, our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their operations in Dubai. Working closely with the CEO and a number of other direct reports, you will be responsible for ensuring overall success by managing the development and implementation of new programs and processes that will improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations and enhance customer service. To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have a minimum five years experience working within the FMCG sector at a senior management level. You will have a demonstrable track record in managing diversified teams, facilitating the development of business systems, ensuring company policy and strategy are clearly articulated. A strong understanding of change management techniques as well as influencing key stakeholders will be critical in this position, as will your ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners through strong communication skills will be integral to your success. Your ability to secure strategic locations in shopping malls across GCC will give you a distinct advantage.
