Our client is one of the leading retail organisations in the GCC. Due to their rapid growth, they are currently looking for a strategic and operational Manager of Human Resources to manage, develop and grow the HR function. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to: maintaining positive employee relations through ensuring effective communication across the business; providing managers with the training and other tools to develop, motivate, and empower employees; and, eventually building a team to deliver the operational implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures. To succeed in this role, you must be a broad-based HR professional with at least six years experience. Your background will include exposure to training and development, payroll, recruitment strategy as well as retention and reward strategies. This position requires a flexible, hands on, creative individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational development skills. Middle Eastern experience in a multinational would be preferred as would exposure to the retail sector.
